The small group training sessions are great so you can get a good amount of attention from the trainer. The design of the sessions is fantastic, working all the key muscle groups for daily living every session. I've completed around 70 sessions and none of them have had the same set of exercises in them. The constant variation is one of the things I like most. That and the staff at the south Tempe location are top notch. They easily modify exercises to fit whatever level you are at while still challenging you so you build muscle and get stronger.
